We want you to feel comfortable trying new products. However, as a small business, we can't provide refunds on all products.
In order to offer the best experience to our Noobian Hippie/Oleo Melon Botanicals customers, Oleo Melon, LLC reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous return policy (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud).
We can offer full refunds on unopened products purchased within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
In order to initiate the return, please email us at oleomelon@gmail.com. put, "Refund Request with your order number" in the Subject line. In the body of the email, tell us the reason for your return. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with next steps instructions.
Please do not send items C.O.D, as they will not be accepted.
Empty packages will not be considered for return.
Refunds will not include shipping cost.
We are not responsible for shipping costs if you choose to return the products.
We do not replace free gifts or products not listed on orders. Sample products are final, no returns, exchanges, or credit. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Returns with Dealer/Outside Purchase
Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange.
We cannot ensure your product will not become damaged during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us as soon as your order arrives. We will work with you to resolve the issue. We will ask for photos to access the damage.
Please also file a claim with the shipping carrier, as they are responsible for the damage.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the delivery/carrier company, as they are responsible.
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
We accept exchanges on items purchased on this website only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Exchanges are only eligible for the same product, or product of equal or lesser value. After 30 days, exchanges are no longer valid.
• Please contact via the contact form on this website, with your exchange request. Please include a contact number so that one of our representatives can reach out to make sure we understand and process your request correctly.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
